Returns & Exchanges
We thank you for shopping at A Twist of Bliss! Our aim is to provide customer satisfaction whilst shopping online. It can sometimes be a daunting experience, especially when it is you first time to do so. We enjoy building up the trust with our customers, to make it an experience they can be satisfied with, so we can build a relationship and work toward solutions that are beneficial to a long and lasting relationship.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE FOR FULL PRICED ITEMS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you are able to return and receive a refund or exchange, on full priced items. For example, wrong size or fitting. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the items, to discuss returns or refunds, and download the Online return form. No items can be processed without the completed form. Please then return the form with the item, to the address on the form, customers are responsible for the cost of Express post returns. We insist on Express as they are traceable by Australia Post.
If you are returning for exchange, customers need to include a prepaid Express Post satchel, as this is traceable whilst in transit. If unsure of size for the return, please don’t hesitate to contact us.When an item is returned for exchange, or refund, the exchange or refund price is only the purchase price of the item, it does not include postage. Postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
Any items for return or exchange must be in original packaging with labels attached, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Items must be odour free: for example, cigarette or pet odours, pet hair and body odours. Returns and exchanges cannot be received and processed if these policies are not followed. Please take this into consideration when deciding to return an item. We would like to avoid disappointment at all times.
At A Twist of Bliss, we do not accept any responsibility for damage during return transit or loss of the item. A Twist of Bliss reserves the right to assess the condition of the item purchased, and if it is deemed that the item has been worn or is not in new condition, it will be returned to you and the additional postage charged to your account.
FAULTY ITEMS
If the item or items you receive a faulty, please complete the return form and send it back to the address on the form, stating the fault and it will be examined on receipt. If it is agreed that the garment is faulty, it will be received, and the customer will be refunded the postage and the cost of the item in full
SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS
We also offer exchange on sale and clearance items over the value of $50. See below for lesser value policies. Customers pay Express Post return postage costs for exchange also. Please complete the return form you can download from the site. Also include an Express post satchel for the exchange item to be sent back to you. If unsure of size, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

**Clearance Items**
Please note that there are no returns, refunds, credit notes or exchanges offered on any items listed on our clearance sales pages. These include all items added to the $10, $15, $25, clearance categories on our website so please be 100% sure about your purchase.
Credit Note
You may prefer to receive a credit note. You can use this online credit like a gift voucher, and it will be valid for purchases in our online store for a period of 12 months. Please let us know if you would like this option, instead of a return for exchange on full price goods. When your purchased item is returned to us using an Australia Post Express post satchel with a tracking number, we email you the details of your credit note being your purchase price less the postage amount of $10 originally paid.
